We ship all regular in-stock items within 5 working
days. You should receive your order within 7-10 business
days. Occasionally, we experience a delay in receiving product
from our vendors, and specially priced items may require additional time for processing. If your item is back-ordered, the item
detail page will show an expected in-stock date. If your
item is backordered for more than 2 weeks, you will receive
further notification by email.
When will your order arrive?
This is based on the time of day your order is placed,
the type of product, and on the ship method you choose.
For the most part, we ship products the day after your order
is placed.

How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is shown during the checkout process. We ship via UPS, FedEx and the USPS. We choose the shipping vendor and service depending on your shipping reuirements at checkout. The shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and distance the package must travel from Ann Arbor, MI.
Sales Tax
Sales tax (6%) is required for all Michigan residents.
Return Policy
If the product you purchased from CampusMobility does not function
according to the manufacturer's specifications, you may receive a prompt replacement
or refund, subject to the conditions below. Before returning any item, please
contact our Customer Service Department at support@campusmobility.com for
a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
CampusMobility offers a 30 day return policy on selected items
based on manufacturer return policies. For further information not listed,
please contact our Customer Service Department at support@campusmobility.com.

Due to manufacturer return policies, the following may not
be returned to CampusMobility for a refund or exchange: Compaq, Garmin,
HP, Intermec, NEC, Nokia, Sony, Toshiba, and ViewSonic, all cellular phones,
wireless modems, and build-to-order products.

Returns of unopened computers and notebooks will be charged
a 15% restocking fee and must be received by CampusMobility within 15
days of purchase. No refunds or exchanges.

Order cancellations on unshipped merchandise are be subject to a
a 5% processing fee if received after the credit cards have been charged, unless the items are no longer available.

Defective wireless products (modems, phones, PDA phones) activated
or non-activated must be exchanged within 15 days.

Wireless products (modems, phones, PDA phones) purchased whether
activated or non-activated are not returnable.

Most other unopened product may be returned to CampusMobility
for a full credit, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase;
opened product is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and Insurance charges are not refundable.

Opened, shrink-wrapped software and functioning special order
items are not returnable.

Defective special order items are only returnable for same
model replacement.

In order to receive full credit, your purchase must be returned
with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original
packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any discrepancies
could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.

RMAs are valid for seven days from the date of issuance. The
RMA number must appear on your return packing label or clearly on outside
of box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

All RMA replacement products will ship to customer via 3 Day
Service.

All products (unless noted in writing) are sold with the full manufacturer's
warranty.
The warranty period and services vary by manufacturer and product.
Critical Use
Unless otherwise specified in writing, products sold by CampusMobility, Inc.
are not designed for "critical applications". Critical applications refer to
life support systems, medical applications, connections to implanted medical
devices, commercial transportation, nuclear facilities or systems, or any other
applications where product failure could lead to injury or loss of life.
